3.3 Fashion designers will receive payment for their Designs, minus any applicable fees, as outlined in our separate payment terms.

3.4 Black Buy Designs, LLC may offer promotional campaigns or discounts on Designs, at our discretion. Fashion designers have the option to participate in such campaigns, subject to additional terms and conditions.

4.1 The Black Buy Designs, LLC website, logo, and all related content, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, and software, are the intellectual property of the Company and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

4.2 Fashion designers retain ownership of their Designs, as mentioned in Section 2.2. Users are not permitted to reproduce, distribute, or use any Designs without the express permission of the respective fashion designer.

5.1 Black Buy Designs, LLC provides the platform and services on an "as is" basis, without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or reliability of our website or services.

5.2 To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the website or services.
