Black Buy Designs is a curated marketplace connecting you directly with independent designers. Each designer manages their own shipping and fulfillment processes. This means shipping times, costs, and policies may vary by designer.
Processing times vary by designer and product type. Most orders are processed within 1-5 business days. Custom or made-to-order items may take longer. Check the product page or designer's store for specific processing times.
Designers choose their own shipping carriers and methods. Common options include USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.
International shipping availability varies by designer. Additional customs fees, duties, and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient. Contact the designer directly for international shipping inquiries.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also track your order using our order tracking page with your order number and email.
BBD connects you directly with independent designers who create and ship their own products. This ensures the highest quality control and allows designers to maintain their unique packaging and presentation standards.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your cart. Some designers offer free shipping above certain order amounts.
Orders containing items from multiple designers will be shipped separately from each designer. You'll receive separate tracking information for each shipment.
First, check your tracking information for the latest updates. If your package appears lost or is significantly delayed, please contact us and we'll help coordinate with the designer to resolve the issue.
